The Star of David
Many symbols have historically been used to represent the State of Isra'el, such as the menorah and the Ten Commandments. Now the Star of David is used. The star is seen as a shield, representing God Himself, who is the shield for all who come to Him. When you look onto the Star of David, be reminded of Adonai, His covenant with all who trust in Messiah Yeshua Jesus, and rest behind His shield.
"As for God, his way is perfect, the word of ADONAI has been tested by fire; he shields all who take refuge in him." 2 Samuel 22:31 (CJB)
"Now the promises were made to Avraham and to his seed. It doesn't say, 'and to seeds,' as if to many; on the contrary, it speaks of one - 'and to your seed' - and this 'one' is the Messiah." Galatians 3:16-17 (CJB)
All who having faithful trust in the Messiah are unified with Him, they are Isra'el, the bride of Yeshua. And are eternally shown grace and protection.
"So I give thanks to you, ADONAI, among the nations; I sing praises to your name. He is a tower of salvation for his king; he displays grace to his anointed, to David and his descendants forever." 2 Samuel 22:50-51 (CJB)
"My shield is God, who saves the upright in heart." Psalm 7:10 (CJB)
"But you, ADONAI, are a shield for me; you are my glory, you lift my head high. With my voice I call out to ADONAI, and he answers me from his holy hill." Psalm 3:3-4 (CJB)
